Patrick Javillier Savigny-Lès-Beaune Les Grands Liards

The work at Domaine Patrick Javillier is dedicated to the pursuit of perfection. Each parcel is vinified separately, giving the wine its noted concentration and richness. In this Pinot Noir, raspberry and vanilla go hand-in-hand on the nose. The palate is supple and fresh, discreet and accessible in the wine’s youth. It is entirely sourced from Les Grands Liards, a parcel in  Savigny-Lès-Beaune located at the foot of the hillside. Its soils are limestone, clay, and pebbles, with a south-facing orientation on a gentle slope.
