Allegrini Veneto Palazzo della Torre

The Allegrini family have operated in the heart of Valpolicella for decades, having become winemakers in the middle of the 20th-century after hundreds of years of grape growing. Palazzo della Torre is their ‘baby Amarone’ produced through a more modern version of the ripasso method, drying just a select quantity of the grapes, to add intensity while retaining a lovely kick of freshness. The result is a plush and round red bursting with flavours, singing with vineyard character.
