Note de Bianco is Alessandro Viola’s flagship white, a crowd-pleasing, fruit-forward, textural, and refreshingly crisp iteration of Grillo, one of Sicily’s most celebrated white varieties. Farmed organically and produced in a minimal intervention manner by Sicily’s holistic guru, the fruit for this cuvée was grown near the sea at an elevation of 250m, retaining all fruit’s lovely vitality and fruity delight. Joyful, fresh, and lifted by a citrusy and salty finish, this is an extremely drinkable and dangerously delicious white.
